About the book: Softcover. First Printing. Published in celebration of Neruda's Nobel Prize this book was distributed to libraries and unions free of charge. Neruda waived his rights to any royalties. Book has been inscribed on title page by Neruda. Also inscribed by Allende at the end of his introduction to book. First page has a doodle/drawing by Neruda. Recipient of book was a man named "Rene Zorrilla" There is an auditorium at the Metropolitan University of Technology in Chile named after Zorrilla, however, we are unsure if they are one and the same.
