Poet, Constance Isabel (Davies) Woodrow was born June 2, 1899, in Liverpool, England. She died August 1, 1937, in Port Whitby (Whitby) Ontario.
As of August 4, 1937, she is the sole occupant of an unmarked grave in St. John’s Anglican Church graveyard in Whitby, Ontario.

Constance Davies-Woodrow’s grave is leas than three kilometres from where she died in the “Ontario Hospital”, which was once known as the “Ontario Hospital for the Insane.” Lobar Pneumonia is listed as her cause of death, but Schizophrenia is also listed as a contributing factor.
