About the book: Hardcover with jacket. First Edition, First Printing. Tucked away in the front of the book is a typewritten letter from Ethel Clyde on personalized stationary. Smith College has Mrs. Clyde's papers. Google her alongside Smith College for a more complete biography. We are unsure if this is a mimeographed letter or not. We have learned that she was prone to doing this. Also included is a small Christmas greeting card, in envelope, bearing only Ethel's name on the card, and the recipient, Fred (Purdy) on the envelope. Letter is folded with a small hole along second fold. Both book and jacket are in fair to good condition with a fair bit of wear and tear to jacket. Additional photos available upon request. |
