I know very little about Canadian poet, Martin Singleton.
What I have learned about Martin
came from his second book of poetry "Range of Motion”
He may have been married.
He may have found love after his marriage ended.
That relationship may have also ended badly.
He liked to travel.
He loved his Mom & Dad.
Some of the poems may have been a cry for help.
He was born in Oshawa, Ontario, Dec 16, 1946.
He may have committed suicide, October 22, 1988, in Toronto, Ontario.
“Range of Motion, his second and last book of poetry,
was published posthumously by Wolsak & Wynn in 1989.
He lies next to his parents in Mount Lawn Cemetery in Whitby, Ontario.
