You bet. Purchasing with your credit card at POETSPULPIT.com is safe because we use technology that encrypts your information while you shop on our site. This means that your information is encoded and unreadable as it travels to our server. In fact, using your credit card at our web store is safer than using it at a restaurant or gas station.

Is my transaction information secure?
Yes, it is. We use the same technology that protects your credit card information to protect your transaction information.

Why should I open an online account?
Opening an online account gives you great benefits:

• Shop more conveniently. don't waste time tracking down hard to find books when you can do it all in one spot, right from the comfort of your home.
• Track your order history. Every time you purchase a product on POETSPULPIT.com you automatically receive an email recept. The receipt is your record of transaction so don't delete it, print it off a hard copy for your records. It provides you with a summary of your online purchase including, Order ID, Shipping Address, Customer Name and any special instructions you've submitted through the site.

How can I get additional product info?

Payment

Will I be charged GST on books?
Only Canadian customers will be charged GST on books.

When does my credit card get charged?
Your credit card will be charged immediately after you verify your order and click the "check out" button.

Will I receive a receipt for my transaction?
Certainly. At the end of your transaction, you are shown an Order Summary screen. Please print this page from your browser as a receipt for your transaction. This Order Summary includes your order number for your reference. You will also receive an order confirmation and a shipping notification by email, which you can keep for your records.

What are the different ways I can pay for my order?
You can pay for your order with VISA and Mastercard. Please note that all of our advertised prices are in Canadian dollars.

What are your shipping and handling rates?

For Canadian Customers we charge a flat rate of $4.75 per shipment plus $2.25 for per book purchased. For U.S. Customers we charge a flat rate of $5.00 plus $3.00 for every book purchased. For International Customers we charge a flat rate of $4.75 plus $4.25 for every book purchased.

Does POETSPULPIT.com offer international shipping?
We do ship orders outside of Canada. For your convenience, we deliver ANYWHERE in the World. To make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address, highway number and/or 911 number with your order.

How do you calculate shipping and handling costs?
We calculate shipping and handling costs by shipment. You are charged shipping and handling for each book you buy. Your orders come in multiple shipments.

Can I order a product and ask you to ship it to someone else?
Certainly. Just enter the address where you want your product delivered, in the "Customer Information" portion of the Checkout process. For your protection, credit card orders shipping to an address other than the credit card billing address, may be subject to a fraud screening process. This may cause a delay in the shipment of your order. Please note that orders that fail our screening process may be cancelled.

If I order today, when can I expect to receive my order?
When you receive your order depends on the availability of the product and the shipping method you select. You may use this formula to determine the approximate time it will take to receive your order: (Availability) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time. Please allow up to two additional days for credit verification.

Can I ship to a PO box address?
Yes, you can. To make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please remember to include a physical street address, highway number and/or 911 number with your order.

What is the poetspulpit return policy?

Books may be returned if not as described within 10 days. Please e-mail us
prior to returning book.

If you're not satisfied, simply return the book in its original condition
within two weeks of receipt, and we'll credit your account for the full
amount of the title.

Please note that we do not accept returns on the following: orders for new
books in quantities of 10 or more (of the same title); and orders for new
books in quantities of 5 or more (of the same title) exceeding a sum of
$300.
